You can invite clubs to collaborate on your event after you have published or saved it as a draft. Once they accept their invites, they'll be able to do most things that you are able to do as a host too!
All invited clubs get access to:
- Edit your event
- View the list of all ticket holders
- Transfer, edit, and refund tickets
- E-mail and SMS ticket holders
- Add and remove ticket scanners
Invited clubs do NOT have access to:
- Settlements and funds - the host club will receive all funds
- Invite other clubs to collaborate on your event
- Delete your event
Clubs that you invite will need to sign in or create a QPay account via a unique link before they can accept their invite
